the Assessor's Parcel Look-Up System

As a legal requirement of open government, the Assessor provides access to public records. Many people use property records to research values and sales data in order to identify market trends. RCW 42.17.260(9) prohibits the release of lists of individuals requested for commercial purposes. Using these records for commercial activities may violate the rights of the individuals named therein and may subject the user to liability.

The Assessor's Office maintains property records on approximately 112,000 parcels in Thurston County for tax purposes. Though records are updated constantly, the accuracy and timeliness of published data cannot be guaranteed. Any person or entity who relies on information obtained from this website does so at his or her own risk. Neither Thurston County nor the Assessor will be held liable for damage or losses caused by use of this information. The legal descriptions used are not complete and should not be relied upon for legal documents. All critical information should be independently verified.
